One way to take a GIANT leap forward

Good morning! It’s Sunday, May 11. Welcome to One Minute Weekend.

Before we begin, I wanted to let you know that I have 2 coaching slots opening in the next 6 weeks. If you’re interested in learning more, book a call and let’s chat. Here are all the details.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming…

Today, I want to talk about a leap.

Not a slow grind. Not a 10-year plan. Not the endless cycle of optimization.

I’m talking about a sharp, seismic shift in belief that drives you forward with insane momentum.

I’m talking about a Quantum Leap.

And no, I don’t mean manifestation, or some magic trick you’d hear on TikTok.

This isn’t about bypassing effort.

It’s about designing conditions for exponential change.

Let me show you how I’m approaching this in my life, and how you can too.

We’ve long believed growth and change follows a straight line.

More effort, more progress, more success.

But the truth is, we don’t grow in a line and change doesn’t happen by following an exact linear process.

It happens in spurts, in rhythms, in spirals, in surges that follow deep periods of reflection, alignment and risk.

And every once in awhile, a moment arrives where everything clicks.

Where the gap between where you are and where you want to be feels insanely clear.

That’s the leap zone.

But here’s the thing. The leap zone doesn’t just appear.

You create it through intention, action and environment.

It’s not about waiting for clarity.

It’s about architecting the conditions where a leap becomes inevitable.

Here’s how I’m using the leap zone to transform my business and my life:

  1. Claim the impossible goal

    • Set a goal that feels almost unreasonable.
Not in the hustle-culture, burnout kind of way, but in the “what if this actually worked?” kind of way.

    • Ask: “What would make this year a quantum leap for me?”

  2. Collapse the Timeline

    • Ask: “What would this look like if it happened in the next 6 months instead of 5 years?”

    • This reprograms your brain to get resourceful instead of rational.
It stops you from waiting for permission, and starts momentum now.

  3. Create Daily Evidence

    • You don’t need to prove the leap is happening, you need to collect proof that it’s possible.

    • Keep a “Quantum Proof Log”
      – Every action you took today aligned with your leap
      – Every person, opportunity, or insight that affirms the shift
      – Every limiting belief you caught and rewrote

  4. Build Your Environment for Expansion

    • Quantum leaps aren’t fueled by willpower. They’re engineered by design.

    • Tighten your: Routines, digital boundaries, support systems, inputs (what you read, watch, consume)

    • Environment isn’t just where you live. It’s the energy you allow in.

  5. Step Into the Identity

    • If you had already made the leap, how would you show up today?

    • Act as if. Not fake it, but really feel it.

    • Make choices from the future version of you, then watch your reality start to adjust.

Quantum Leap Checklist

  1. Declare the unreasonable goal

  2. Shrink the timeline

  3. Log the proof daily

  4. Design for expansion

  5. Become the version of you who already made it

The last thing I’ll say about the Quantum Leap, is that they can happen every day.

They can be shifts in how you show up in your business, how you experience an emotion differently, or how you react differently to difficult information.

The thing is, the change we want is on the other side of a decision to collapse the time we think it’s going to take, and to play this human game a little bigger.

But it isn’t a hack, or scheme. This process is a new layer of the work that it takes to create real change.

Take the leap!

Much Love,
