One commitment that changes everything

Good morning! It’s Sunday, March 2, 2025. Welcome to One Minute Weekend.

If I told you that 90 minutes could change your life, would you believe me?

It sounds too simple, right? But here’s the thing, personal growth, transformation, self development—whatever you want to call it—has become way too complicated.

And I don’t think it has to be. I’ll show you what I mean…

We’ve been led to believe that personal change takes insane effort.

That your whole life needs to be flipped on its head in order to “transform”.

In most cases, it doesn’t.

From my experience, the equation is this:

(Consistency + Focus) x Time = Transformation

Small actions, done consistently, with unwavering focus, compounded over time, lead to incredible change.

Where I see a lot of people fail is they chase intensity instead of consistency.

But real change doesn’t come from doing everything at once.

Change comes from showing up, every day, for one thing that really matters.

It’s actually quite boring and uneventful.

Which is why it takes commitment.

Enter the 90-90-1 Commitment

It’s stupid simple:

For the next 90 days.

Dedicate the first 90 minutes of your day.

To ONE single, clear and dedicated goal.

Not five goals. Not everything all at once. Just one.

This could be:

  • Writing a book

  • Building a new product for your business

  • Changing a limited belief or thought pattern

  • Rewiring your mindset

  • Transforming your body

Don’t overthink it—the magic isn’t in the goal or how hard you go.

It’s all about how long you stay committed.

The truth is, 92% of people don’t achieve their goals1.

Mostly because they don’t stick with something long enough to see the results.

And because they don’t turn their goals into habits.

But I’m telling you, all it takes for most people, is this:

90 minutes a day. 90 days in a row. One life-changing outcome.

The average person spends 4 hours and 37 minutes on their phone every day2 .

If you spent less than half of that time on a 90-90-1 commitment you’d see an insane amount of change.

If you want to learn how I implement this, join my live call in a couple weeks.

Much Love,
